Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate for You need {ther • happy}
Location: San Diego
Compensation: $16 + commission
About You need {ther • happy}:
At {ther • happy}, we’re passionate about promoting wellbeing through our range of handcrafted therapeutic products, known as Theramists. We’re committed to making a positive impact on our customers' lives. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent {ther • happy} at various pop-up markets, ensuring a positive brand experience for customers.
- Manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of pop-up market stalls.
- Engage with customers to educate them about our Theramists and their benefits, driving sales and building customer relationships.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future products and marketing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the {ther • happy} team to plan and execute successful market appearances.
- Product placement and restocking at local retailers.
- Assist with online sales inquiries and orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and travel to different pop-up market locations.
- Car for transporting market items. Ability to load/unload items, set up markets.
